▸ Mr. Crowley continues his full time avocation as co-owner of Crowley & Gribble, P.C. Despite his depth of knowledge of contract and construction law, Mr. Crowley strives to keep his practice diverse, with emphasis on pure contract negotiation and litigation, commercial transactions, family law, real estate and “bare knuckle” litigation. Mr. Crowley’s excellent support staff provides for a loyal and responsive resource for clients.

▸  Since beginning his practice Mr. Crowley obtained exceptional trial experience, having been lead chair on over 300 trials and Alternative Dispute Resolution and merit hearings.  He has had cases in most of the District Courts in New Mexico, Federal Court, Probate Court, Tribal Court, and many state agencies.  Mr. Crowley has an excellent rapport with judges and court staff.

▸  As a shareholder of the law firm, Mr. Crowley worked closely with Bernard P. Metzgar on government contract and eminent domain issues.  Mr. Crowley attended hearings and been second chair in condemnation cases and performed diverse research projects on novel issues of municipal law.  Mr. Crowley provided an excellent resource for government-related legal issues, since he worked for several government entities and continuously dealt with government issues in his practice.

▸  Mr. Crowley was responsible for over 1,000 open subrogation matters and has attended at least 500 hearings on such matters.  He represented at least six indemnity companies in subrogation cases, including State Farm, Aetna, Travelers, Farmers Alliance, Western Farm Bureau, and other small indemnity companies.
